Order Processing
Orders are fulfilled and shipped on business days. (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on holidays or weekends are fulfilled the next business day and may be shipped on a delayed schedule.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking notifications will be sent to email associated to the order. Orders can also be tracked using the Shop app.
Late or Lost Shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at orders@clinicswag.com. We will provide a solution as quickly as possible.
