The design: Four arched badges, numbered 1 to 4, share one friendly tooth mascot: Day One, Done! (new brackets and a tiny party hat), Adjustment Ace (flexing with a mint archwire), Braces Off, Smile On! (a gleaming grin) and Retainer Keeper (holding a retainer case). Navy outlines, cream centers and sunshine ribbons.
The blank: Kiss-cut sticker sheet, 5.83 x 8.27 in, with four peel-and-stick badges. Best on smooth, clean, dry surfaces such as charts, folders and reward bins.
